Day ❶ Catania Centro Storico

  • Late afternoon check-in at our boutique hotel in the ancient city center

  • Welcome aperitivo in the heart of the old city

  • Dinner and introduction to the wines of Mt. Etna at Uzeta, one of Catania’s most exciting restaurants  

Day ❷ East Slope Mt. Etna

Day ❸ North Slope Mt. Etna ‍ ‍

  • Etna walk + mountain chalet distillation demo and lunch with our dear friend Giuseppe at Distilleria Giovi

  • Check in and relax at our forest perch Locanda Milia

  • Private dinner in the stunning cellar onsite

Day ❹ Private Yacht to Salina 

  • Transfer via Taoromina to Porto Rosa

  • Private yacht to Aeolian island of Salina with an elite seafood lunch stop on Vulcano

  • After lunch, slow sail to Salina with time to swim and enjoy the sites of Vulcano and the other islands
